When you use Service to generate videos or other material ("Assets"), you agree to the following, subject to your compliance with these Terms:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, freely revocable license to access and use the Service for business or personal use.
• You own all Assets you create with the Service.
• We hereby assign to you all rights, title and interest in and to such Assets for your personal or commercial use. Otherwise, we reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

The Service and its original content (excluding Assets created by our customers), features, and functionality are and will remain our exclusive property.

When you provide us with your payment information:

• You warrant the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.
• You warrant that you have the legal right to use the credit card(s) or other payment instrument(s) in connection with the purchase.
• You authorize us to charge the amount due to the credit card(s) or other payment instrument(s).
• You grant us the right to provide your information to third-party services to facilitate payments, subject to our Privacy Policy.

If we believe you have violated these Terms or any law, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). When you use a Subscription, you agree to the following:

• You are billed in advance and on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
• At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription automatically renews under the same conditions, unless it is cancelled before the end of the Billing Cycle.
• You can cancel your Subscription either through your account management menu, or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify the pricing structure for our products and Subscriptions at any time. When we change our prices, we tend to exempt existing active Subscriptions from those changes. However, we may choose to change the prices for existing active Subscriptions. In this case:

• We will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of change and we will notify you via the email address on record, to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
• Your continued use of the Service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.

We issue refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests can be submitted through our contact form.

When you use our Service, you agree to the following:

• Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
• We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". We take uptime of our Service seriously; however, occasionally, our Service may be unavailable (e.g., due to maintenance work). We do not offer service-level agreements.
• We reserve the right to temporarily disable parts of the Service for your account if your usage exceeds the limits described in our Account Limits Policy. Our Account Limits may be changed from time to time, typically in order to respond to a change in demand or to reflect changes to the way we operate our Service.
• We reserve the right to fully disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers.
• Any Assets you generate with our Service are stored on our servers for a limited time. You are responsible for downloading your Assets and keeping your own copies of your Assets.
• We test our Service and features extensively but we cannot guarantee that they are completely error-free - as with any software, our Service will inevitably have bugs. You can report bugs through our contact form. We triage and address bugs at our sole discretion.
• We design our products and Service with care but we cannot guarantee that our Service meets your specific requirements or expectations. You can provide feedback through our contact form. When you do so, you agree that you do not share any confidential or proprietary information, and that you do not retain or assert any intellectual property right or other right in the feedback. You acknowledge that we may have developed ideas similar to the feedback.
• We take many measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption. We enforce encryption for data transmission from the public internet. There are some edge cases where we may send your data through our network unencrypted.
• We may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you use our Service, you acknowledge that you may not:

• Collect or extract information and/or user data from accounts which do not belong to you.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features.
