We currently do not offer any subscription plans. The time-based Premium plans are paid once, and do not renew automatically. You can decide whether you would like to purchase the plan again once it expires.
For users with legacy subscriptions: You can cancel active subscriptions from the billing portal. Access the billing portal by first clicking on the profile menu in the top-right corner of the website, then selecting the "Billing" menu item. If you need assistance, please use our contact form.
We store your generated videos on our servers for at least 30 days. After this period, data may be deleted automatically. Please make sure you download your videos as soon as they are available, and keep your own copy. We are unable to restore your video once it has been deleted from our servers.
If you want to manually delete a video before it expires, go to the the video dashboard, open the dropdown menu on the video you would like to delete, and select "Delete video".
