Its a really neat feature to visiualize your travels. I wish there was a little more customizations options, like having the actual road way show without having to chose the vehicle mode with the blue car. Otherwise nice!

It has been fantastic. Very easy and straight forward. Got everything I wanted in a matter of seconds which is lovely.

It's very easy to use, and the quality of the HD video is perfect. It really lifted my video to the next level. As a trial I bought ten credits, but I'm afraid that will not be enough for all my videos.

It was almost what I was looking for. Maybe it is exactly what I need but I didn't have time to explore - just generated nice video with labels showing my flights. I will explore if I can generate view like from google earth, but with path and plane icon a little more 'professional'. Looks like the easiest and perfect option - payments are also super easy - I like options of subscription or credits. Well done.

Only negative was that on the Premium Flex plan, you get charged a credit each time you generate a video, even if editing an existing one. So, take extra care to ensure that all your stops and settings are correct before you hit PLAY!

- Is it free?
- When you create your account, you start with free credits. With these credits, you can create your first videos. When you're ready for more, you can choose between a usage-based model (pay per video) or a subscription - whatever suits your needs. Both options unlock our Premium features for enhanced content creation.
- How can I make my videos unique?
- Express yourself with our range of customization options! Tweak screen format, intro/outro, and background music to match your vibe. We're constantly adding new features, so stay tuned. Got a specific idea? Let us know, and we might make it happen!
- Can I use the videos anywhere?
- Absolutely! Share with friends, post on social media, or use them on your website. Just keep in mind that you must comply with our Terms of Service and Attribution Requirements.
- Can I remove the anim8map.com logo from videos?
- If you publish videos generated with a Free plan, you must not erase or alter the automatically included anim8map logo. With our Premium plans, you can render videos without logo, and no anim8map attribution is required. For more details, please read our Attribution Requirements documentation.
- Are there any limitations on the types of routes I can create?
- We've designed anim8map to be versatile, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
- For maritime journeys, we currently support sea routes only. Inland waterways aren't available just yet.
- To ensure the best visual experience, we recommend keeping each leg of your journey at least 100km long. This is not mandatory, but it helps create more visually appealing animations.
- Is there a limit to how many videos I can create?
- To keep things fair for everyone, we do have some reasonable usage limits in place. These limits apply to all accounts and all plans. If you want to generate a higher volume of videos, please contact us with a description of your use case, and we will get back to you within two business days.
- What if a video doesn't meet my expectations?
- We want you to be thrilled with your videos! Check out our satisfaction guarantee. For issues with individual videos, you can use the "Report issue" functionality from your dashboard.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
We currently do not offer any subscription plans. The time-based Premium plans are paid once, and do not renew automatically. You can decide whether you would like to purchase the plan again once it expires.
For users with legacy subscriptions: You can cancel active subscriptions from the billing portal. Access the billing portal by first clicking on the profile menu in the top-right corner of the website, then selecting the "Billing" menu item. If you need assistance, please use our contact form.
- How long do you keep my videos?
We store your generated videos on our servers for at least 30 days. After this period, data may be deleted automatically. Please make sure you download your videos as soon as they are available, and keep your own copy. We are unable to restore your video once it has been deleted from our servers.
If you want to manually delete a video before it expires, go to the the video dashboard, open the dropdown menu on the video you would like to delete, and select "Delete video".
